I am going to be starting to do some kettlebell lifting and training from next week. The classes i will be taking is on every Thursday at the Glasgow Gracie Barra Gym. I am looking forward to starting it and finding out the different lifts and training techniques.
The kettlebell training / lifting sessions come free along with the gym’s monthly membership which i think is great. The Gracie Barra Gym is located under the Central Station bridge. I will be attending the Kettlebell Classes every week that is possible.
So i have decided to get myself into something that i can work at to keep me fit and that i can also learn and progress in too. I looked into different types of martial arts, self defense, etc.. and i came across Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the Gracie Barra Glasgow Gym. I went for an introduction class last Monday and i thought it was great, the class was free and really got me interested.
